- Sanitary bin checked for effective functioning and operation
- Bins which malfunction must be replaced
Toilet Roll Dispensers
- Sanitize at each service call
- Check for effective operation
- Replaced should a malfunction occur
- Toilet rolls not included in service charge (“consumable”)
Soap Dispensers
- Sanitize at each service call
- Check for effective operation
- Replace dispensing mechanism in the event of blockage
- Replace entire unit should malfunction reoccur
- Soap not included in service charge (“consumable”)
Air Freshening Dispensers
- Sanitize at each service call
- Check for effective operation
- Replace dispensing mechanism in the event of spray malfunction
- Replace entire unit should malfunction reoccur
- Replace batteries at programmed intervals (included in service charge)
- Replace spray cans at programmed intervals (included in service charge)
- Ensure that anti-theft bracket is secure at all times
Sanitizer Dispensers
- Sanitize at each service call
- Check for effective operation
- Check dispenser cartridge for effective function and operation
- Check down pipe connection for leakage and repair if needed
- Replace cartridge if blockage occurs at any time
- Replace unit if malfunction reoccurs
- Replace batteries at programmed intervals (included in service charge)
- Replace sanitizer cartridge at programmed intervals (included in service charge)
Saniwipe Dispensers
- Sanitize at each service call
- Check for effective operation
- Replace unit if malfunction occurs
- Replenish saniwipes at regular service intervals (included in service charge)
