Chemical Deep Clean
Our deep cleaning services are responsible for reaching and cleaning often-neglected areas or locations with a high concentrations of bacteria, reducing the risk of infection from unforeseen hazards of harmful bacteria.
It is generally accepted that the normal day to day cleaning does not have the same effect in cleaning certain facilities. Under these circumstances chemical deep cleaning is required.
During our chemical deep cleaning process, we use industry approved chemicals that are not harmful to the environment or to humans. Our cleaning processes in especially those areas that are known to harbour harmful bacteria viz. washroom and toilet facilities, will result in the elimination of all harmful bacteria and, therefore, also bad odour.
It is considered essential to perform professional chemical deep cleaning on a regular basis to prevent contamination and cross-infection and Camperdown will enter into contracts with customers who wish to have deep cleaning done on a regular basis. Included in this service is before and after swab tests.
Camperdown will liaise with clients to determine the days and times when it will be convenient for them to perform chemical deep cleaning to avoid disruption during the cleaning process.
Camperdown’s cleaning teams utilise specialised chemicals that focus directly on removing built up body fats, grease and grime. Cross contamination and spreading of bacteria are controlled through the application of HACCP compliant, colour coded cleaning principles.
Toilets
Descale and remove lime, uric acid and other deposits, Apply solvents to remove encrustation’s from the internal surfaces of soil pipes. Clean and disinfect both internal and external surfaces of the fitments, including the seat hinges, the seat covers, w.c. chains and door handles.
Urinals
Descale and remove lime, uric acid and other deposits from the fitment. Remove the domicile grating, clean, disinfect and clear away all waste matter around the trap. Clean and disinfect both internal and external surfaces of the fitments. Replace damaged seams and filets to guard against seepage. Remove corrosion and clean all sparge pipes.
Facilities
Washing -Including Washbasins, Sinks, Troughs, Baths, Drinking Fountains. Clean and disinfect both internal and external surfaces of the fitments. Clear overflows and waste pipes of accumulated waste deposits. Clean and disinfect all taps, plug chains, channels and gullies. Refilled defective joints.
Channels and Gullies
Clean and remove deposits form the surfaces and grating where fitted. Clear and remove all accumulated waste deposits from the taps. Clean and disinfect all surfaces. Refilled defective joints to guard against seepage.
Waste and Soil Pipes
Descale and chemically treat the interior of all pipes leading from the sanitary units as far as the stack pipe. Clear the pipe work of aQI accumulated deposits, and leave in free flowing condition.
General
Clean and disinfect all accessible surfaces at fixtures. Report on defects to plumbing and sanitary fitments. Wash all walls and floors in immediate specified areas. Replacement of chains and plugs, toilet cones, washers, toilet seats, toilet covers, and silicon sealant to all necessary areas are excluded from the Schedule of Work (These will be replaced at client’s request and charged for.)
